Precision CNC Plastic Cutting

We maintain a fully equipped shop capable of plastic cutting as well as wood working and apply decades of precision metalworking expertise to meet the needs of our industrial customers. Most plastic cutting is performed using our 5'x10' CNC router equipped with vacuum holddown to accomodate machining of irregular shapes and a 10HP head to accommodate plastics up to 2" thick. We routinely design and fabricate custom vacuum fixtures as well as the final parts. Our machining capabilities are complemented by state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software.
Much of our present work centers on making Lexan guards used to protect operators from automated systems. However, we also make a wide array of other plastic items from materials such as polycarbonate, polypropelene, Delrin, Nylon, Nylatron, PVC, and UHMW.
We can use customer supplied material or assist in sourcing the material from a network of quality plastics distributors.
It is important to note that we are not a complete plastics fabrication house nor an injection molding plant.
